Horseshoe Bend Rd. About 13 miles from Weatherford, TX. Is haunted by many ghosts. I have seen a little girl dressed in an old fashion nightgown standing in the middle of the road a young women standing in the middle of the big dip in the road (low bridge that floods sometimes).
You'll see men walking along the road and in the road dressed in many styles of clothing. You stop to help but they are simply gone. Many people have seen things and stopped to help only to find nothing there.

This is not a road I would want to walk down at night! It is a long and winding up hill down hill road. Also on nights with a full moon you can see a white wolf walking down the golf track on the ninth fairway in horseshoe bend I've seen it many times.

Family and guests have seen the white wolf also. Somewhere between moonrise and 3 am.

Comment by Todd: We lived on the Ninth Fairway for a while. My wife, children, and I have been on the golf course on the Ninth Fairway many times at night and never have we seen such things. We actually used to take blankets and lay out on the golf course for hours on end looking at the stars. We love paranormal stuff and would have loved to experience such things, but sadly nothing like that ever happened while we lived on the Ninth.
