Wells, Texas Ghost Tales

In the daytime Wells, Texas is like any other US settlement, but after the light of day has ended one may perhaps witness some frightening things. Some of the dead don't want to stay in their graves in this town. Skeptics don't trust in the local ghost accounts, but everyone who resides in Wells is not alive.

These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.

A decapitated guy is often noticed at Holloway Lake Dam at midnight appearing chilling.

The phantom of a nurse with a blood-covered
 
    uniform has purportedly been spotted on a small number of occasions at Beaver Creek at night throwing stones into the current. If you listen to what the folks who live here claim, this spirit is probably
  the undeceased spirit of a person who used to have a home here in Wells.

The ghost of a gentleman grasping a bloody spear can frequently be witnessed in a shoe store in the Wells area.

The ghost of a civil war soldier can be seen often trying on clothes in a Wells trailer. Regardless of what folks say, this is a hostile ghost that should be avoided.

The ghost of a gentleman having the sign of the devil carved into his hand is once in a while spotted ascending out of a drain hole on a Wells residential road in the early morning hours before sunrise. Lots of local residents say this
spirit is the struggling spirit of a long forgotten Wells local resident. One thing is for certain, it's a chilling phantom that is preferably not messed with.
