My grandchildren saw a man standing looking in their bedroom window. He stood looked at them, then disappeared House is on Hwy 346E. They were later looking at family pictures and immediately recognized the man as their Great-Great-Great Grandfather who died about 1920 and of course they never knew.

During the daytime Whitehouse, Texas is like any other American town, but when the sun has gone below the horizon a person might observe some menacing things. The spirits of this settlement don’t leave anyone unscared. People who have never stayed for the night in this
 
    settlement will surely tell you it's all just superstition, but Whitehouse is jam-packed with struggling spirits just waiting to shock you.

These are some of the spooky things that have
  happened here recently.

The ghost of a civil war combatant may frequently be made out wandering by a deserted road in the vicinity of Whitehouse. In any case, it's a bloodcurdling ghost that you shouldn't go trying to locate.

The ghost of a dreadfully scorched female can be seen very often in Concesion Park late at night covering a dead body by a sizeable rock. One of the folks who live here steadfastly says that this phantom can be the spirit of a resident who died here in Whitehouse before the present.
