Wichita Falls, Texas Ghost Tales Me and my brother Connar used to live in a house on Westward st, over by Rider. Our house was right in front of a cemetery. I believe that my room in the house (mainly the closet) was some sort of gateway. A lot of creepy things would happen in my room. One night, me and my friend Rachael were in my room. We were in bed, not quite asleep, pretty much just talking, when we heard humming coming from the closet. It was like to little girls humming some kinda tune, but I don't know what it was. I thought it was my brothers playing a trick on us, until I remembered that they were staying the night at my uncles that night. Can't say it was my parents either, cuz they were at a friend's house. About 3 months later, my dog got REAL freaked out and started growling, no, snarling at my closet. I freaked and ran out of my room, and when I tried to go back in, my dog tried to bite me. I remember it being really cold, and I could see my breath. She kept growling at the closet, and after ten minutes, she finally let me go in. My mom said she was just       growling at the blanket I had over the window, but she would have kept on growling, every night I had that up, wouldn't she? She only growled at it that one night, 2 months after I put it up! And about a week after that incident, my dog was in the backyard doing her business when my friend stayed another night. I had gone to get a Pepsi, and when   I got back, she was huddled on my bed, pale, and staring at my closet. The door was opened about a foot, and she told me that she saw something with a green hand with claws grab the side of the door (it was one of those sliding closet doors) and poke its head out. It had yellow eyes, long fangs, and the nostrils was like a snake's. About three months after that, I had some friends stay the night at my house for my birthday. One of them, Katrina, stared at the closet for about 20 minutes, then she started to draw something (Katrina is a really talented artist). When she was done, she showed it to me and said that it had been staring at me since she got there (me not her). It fit the thing Rachael had seen to a T. Another thing I had noticed was the closet was always about 10 degrees cooler than the rest of the house, and my room about 5 degrees cooler we could never get it warm in there, even with the heat blasted. and my dogs ( I had three) would freak out every couple of weeks whenever they went near that closet. .
