A number of of the locals claim this phantom is the phantom of a vacationer that was murdered while traveling through Blue some time ago. The spirit of a severely mangled huntsman pulling a dead   deer was perceived downing water from A Spring before dawn. Further people close by have had identical experiences with the same ghost.
