    on a dark night. The onlooker ran off after she made out the phantom.

The ghost of a young lady having on a bloody prom dress was noticed soaring across Red Sands before sunrise. The phantom was indifferent that there was someone other nearby.

A headless woman was seen throwing rocks by Dobson Bench. The arrival of the onlooker frightened
  the spirit who then faded away. A number of of the people who live in this town assert this phantom loves scaring folks who are courageous enough to disrupt the quiet in Fredonia.
