Green Valley, Arizona Ghost Tales A small condo we owned for a couple of years in Green Valley was haunted, or so we believe. Shortly after we bought it, we decided to do some thorough cleaning and small fix-up projects. Two of our tools, a long drill bit and a metal ruler, mysteriously vanished from sight and then reappeared somewhere else in the unit. Not long after, we found our paint cans, pans and brushes stacked in a rough pyramid-shape in the bathtub. A sturdy Pyrex casserole dish cracked and shattered before our eyes and best (or worst) of all, the figure of a man appeared one night at the foot of our bed. All this went on over a four-month period. We couldn't believe this was happening. Shortly before I was going to contact our local Catholic priest to come and bless the house, the manifestations abruptly stopped. We've since sold the condo. An Arizona-based group of ersatz psychics and ghost-hunters told us that the spirit was most likely someone who had died in the condo or at least had a strong attachment to it. These are some   of the spooky things that have happened here recently. A lady with a moderately see-through body was perceived on a Green Valley street on a dark night. When perceived the ghost came within reach of the bystander who then ran off. A local declares that this ghost could be a well-known days gone by dweller of Green Valley. The ghost of a security guard with a bullet hole in his forehead came into view gazing at a person snoozing in a bed in a house in Green Valley. This exact ghost has been noticed time and again in this place. The ghost of a guy sporting a military outfit was witnessed trying on shoes in a Green Valley home. There have been other reports involving this ghost in the area. A medieval knight's armor without a human being inside appeared after midnight scrutinizing Mary A Canyon in detail. Numerous stories of this ghost have been reported. The spirit of a lady with a sack strapped around her head was witnessed hauling a corpse from the cold water of Demetrie Wash before sunrise. This spirit is extremely active in this neighborhood; there have been several other accounts of this particular spirit.
