Laveen, Arizona Ghost Tales I grew up in Laveen and my parents lived there up until 2004.  I have had a couple of very strange things happen to me during the 30 years we were out there. First, when I was about 12 years old, my best friend and I would roam the hills off of Elliot and 43rd Ave. One day, we saw what we thought was an indian boy. Being two pre-teen girls, we decided to get closer to see if he was ''cute''. As soon as we started to move toward him, he disappeared. We were on top of a hill looking down and could not see him anywhere. Just like that, he was gone. About 5 years ago, I was sitting in my parents family room. Off to the side was a full glass arcadia door that had an unobstructed view of the back porch. I glanced out there and saw a small indian boy crouching down, looking at my parents tomato plants. I got up to open the door to see who it was and he was gone. My parents had two ways of getting in and out of their back yard. Both gates were wrought iron and clunk very loud, even when you try to make them quiet. I walked the around the       house and did not see hide not hair of him. Finally, there have been reports that since my parents house has been empty and awaiting sale, strange lights have been seen in the windows around 2:00 in the morning. One neighbor went to investigate and the house was locked up tight and the alarm had not gone off. . Submitted by Daylene I live   in laveen and things have happened to me and i,ve seen a ghost.ok first thing that happened was I was just sitting in my kitchen eating soup and watching tv by myself and yet I almost fell over and hit the table, like if a ghost just ran rite threw me.second thing I was in the garage finding a tool, and the garage door that leads into the house started opening and closing,like if some one was opening it enough to peak threw and I saw it once and I walked quickly over opend the door and no one was there.my brother was watching tv, no air no fan nothing was on. and last and most crazy thing was I was trying to sleep in my room and I thought I heard someone open my door so I opened my eyes and I seen a figure of a ghost and it was as tall as my brother so I suspected it was him but when I shined my phone light there it just disappeared and I did not look away I kept stairing at it.was pretty werid it did not scare me I just managed going back to sleep. and if your wondering its a house on 56th ave and broadway.no more information.
