Williams, Arizona Ghost Sightings - PAGE 2

While traveling through Williams many years ago I saw an old man in the middle of the street, this was at around 2 or 3 in the morning. Figuring it was some local drunk I slowed down so I wouldn't hit him with the car. He didn't move out of the way, he just stood there. I had to drive around him and after I passed him I looked in the mirror and he was gone, I stopped and got out of the car and no one there. There was nowhere he could have gone that fast.

Suggest ghost hunters take a ride out south as locals call it. There have been reports of two mysterious little girls seen on this two Lane isolated road known for causing lots of accidents. Local teens party and drink in this area a bad mix teens, narrow road, high speed....
Also there is the story of the woman who roams Santa Fe dam looking for a child she drowned years ago. In fact there was documentation in the local paper years ago of Gordon wheeler (police chief) being called late one night to reports of a woman wailing at the Santa Fe dam late one night.|
He heard the cries and was so disturbed he resigned shortly after the incident. This is a strange little place do not let the Mayberry feel of it fool you !.
