Yuma, Arizona Ghost Sightings

Me and my friends were walking in the allie tonight and we saw a Black long-ish haired figure. It was about 7:30 at night but it was pitch Black outside. It was about 5'9'' or 6'00'' we didn't know what it was so we began walking closer.
It began walking towards us so we went home. A little while later we came back with a flash light and began walking towards us again. Then it fell down we freaked out as it got back up

and started walking on all arms and legs it got back up and started running towards us.
We saw saw red glints were it's eyes were suppose

to be. We ran home. Does anyone know what it is? Uploading picture later.
