A lady's body having a rat's head has occasionally been observed pacing from house to house at night on a Carr residential road. Lots of folks who live here declare this phantom is the phantom of a vacationer that was murdered while journeying through Carr a long time ago.
A half rotten human corpse is sometimes made out browsing through the closet in the bedroom of a Carr home late in the night. Folks assert that this ghost is that of a local resident who had a home here in Carr some time ago.
