Some of the locals allege this ghost is the ghost of a visitor that was killed while driving through Chromo in the past. In any event, it's a chilling phantom that should be left alone. The ghost of an old witch has every so often been seen hurling pieces of wood into the current at Boone Creek at the stroke of midnight.
