By day Cimarron, Colorado is the same as any other American settlement, but there are ghosts in this settlement, and they come into view during the night. Cabinets travel about, voices out of nothing. Some local residents argue there are no ghosts, but the undead spirits of Cimarron are all too real.
These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.
The spirit of a female with a dagger in her back has now and then been spotted chucking pebbles into the stream at Butte Creek at the stroke of midnight. No matter what, it undoubtedly is a scary spirit that any normal person wouldn't wish to come across.
A lady with the head of a devil is from time to time distinguished before dawn studying Fire Park Draw in detail. Several of the folks who live here declare this ghost gets pleasure from startling foolhardy people who have the nerve to interrupt the calm in Cimarron. One thing's for sure, this is a horrible ghost that you shouldn't go seeking.
The phantom of a man with half

his head lost has been perceived on a few instances down next to the water's edge at Lost Lake looking furiously at the onlooker.
The ghost of a young lady sporting a blood-covered wedding dress was perceived leading a guided visit of Butte Rock to a collection of phantoms at midnight. The witness got scared and fled.
A headless female appeared fluttering across Big Park around midnight. The ghost saluted the bystander.
