The ghost of a surgeon with a bloody uniform was perceived after midnight admiring Knob Hill. The ghost was gobbled up by       the thin air after being noticed. Folks who have observed this ghost assert this ghost is the tormented soul of a long dead Collbran resident. A lady with her left arm and left leg amputated appeared yelling at the onlooker to stay away at the water at The Peninsula.
