Heavy foot steps can be heard going up and down the stairs late at night. And a woman's voice is heard talking in the from room area. Doors open and close by themselves. A number of of the people here argue this ghost may be the soul of a local who passed away here in De Beque a long time ago. The ghost of a young-looking guy having on a confederate uniform may now and then be witnessed in Ashmead Draw at midnight reading a newsletter.
