My dad was a truck driver who's driven all over the country throughout the years. He was on his way to Utah and had made it just outside Dove Creek about 6-8 miles. This was about 5:30 in the morning.
On the right side of the road was a female that appeared to be in her thirties. She was in what looked to be a blue dress, something worn at a formal. She had a light in her hand but it was not a flashlight.
The object seemed to pan light straight down

on her. She was holding this light directly above her head. As my dad passed she just smiled. Didn't look like she was in distress and had been standing

there once she was in view from down the road.
Once passed she never moved. She was still there until she became a tiny dot in the mirror still holding the light above her head.
