Estes Park, Colorado Ghost Tales I was in the famous Stanley Hotel when my camera went wild. It was in full color then all of a sudden, it went straight to black and white. I also was sitting on the floor when my hands felt like it was in a cooling vent. My father took a picture of us and there was at least 30 orbs surrounding us. My brother felt a giant force of power go through him. It was the first time that anyone had felt that on the tour. I don't know what room it was in. If you are lucky enough, you can feel the presence of a ghost. The ghost of a bum is regularly perceived in an Estes Park area shoe store, walking the aisles. The ghost of a young lady soaked in blood can regularly be seen up on the pinnacle of Castle Mountain guzzling blood from a glass. A guy with a big hole through his upper body can be perceived often eating an apple in Butterfly Burn on a dark night. Regardless of what people utter, this phantom certainly is chilling; one that you wouldn't wish to come across on a dark night. A man having the head of a demon has from time to time been observed down beside Bridal Veil Falls before sunrise smoking a cigar. People here who have made out this ghost say this ghost is the struggling spirit of a long departed Estes Park local.
