It was a little after Midnight when one of my brother's friends who lived a House over came running back to my house. We hear a loud knock at the front door so we all went in to see who it was. My brother's Friend stood there sweating and breathing hard his face expression was as though he had seen a ghost. We     invite him in and sure enough he tells us that as he was walking back Home a lady across the Street floating in a White dress had a darkened face that he couldn't make out. He was scared out of his mind couldn't move for a few seconds then took off towards my house. This hadn't been the first nor the last time we heard about this. Especially near the neighborhood near elm street.
