It's a very beauitful place and the owners are great people but it's located across the Street from the Idaho Springs cemetery. The owners told us about an old women and a Young girl that seems to bother them. They told my mom and me stories that sometime its sounds like someone is having a cocktail party out in the kicthen area. I've never personally expircened     anything unsual but I do get creeped out whenever I have to go there.
