Lake City, Colorado Ghost Tales My friend and I were driving out of Lake City towards the mine tailings aprox. 4 miles west of town. My friend had very thick prescription glasses on and I had sunglasses on. After I had looked in a mine tailing along the side of the road, we both got back in his Jeep and all at once, his right arm of his glass was gone. The exact same time my left arm of my glasses was gone. I don't think that was just coincidential. Submitted by Becki During the daytime you may perhaps imagine Lake City, Colorado is exactly equal to any other town, but this is a town where the undeparted wander the lanes       during the night. Things go on in this place that can't be explained. Skeptics don't believe in the local ghost accounts, but Lake City is full of undeparted spirits just waiting to spook you. These   are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. A luminous human body was made out mounted on a pony by the side of a highway near Lake City. Freaked out by the witnesses the ghost departed into the darkness. Nonetheless, this is an unpleasant ghost that is preferably not upset. The ghost of a pregnant woman was witnessed bass fishing from the water's edge of Thompson Lake late at night. When witnessed the spirit came close to the viewer who then ran off.
