The ghost of a mailman   was perceived looking at the landscape at Halligan Dam at the stroke of midnight. The eye witness got scared and escaped. One of the residents strongly alleges that this ghost is that of a resident who resided here in Livermore many years ago. A womanly shape has repeatedly been made out on the pinnacle of Blacktail Point very late at night viewing the landscape. Any which way, it's a creepy phantom that you don't want to run into around midnight. The ghost of a man holding a sword is often made out on a dark night scrutinizing Georges Gulch in detail. A female with larvae crawling out of her eyes has purportedly been spotted on a handful of occasions howling at the observer to disappear by the side of a wild highway near Livermore at the stroke of midnight.
