Pine, Colorado Ghost Tales


Pine, Colorado is an apparently typical place providing the sun is up in the sky, but undeceased ghosts of former times in this town don't appear to want to pack up. The living dead are everywhere in this town as the local residents will let you know. Some local residents declare these testimonies are untrue, but seeing is believing and if you spend the night here in Pine, you may spot a ghost.

These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.

The ghost of a bum may be seen very frequently hauling a body from the ice cold water of Black Mountain Creek in the early morning hours. A lot of locals say this ghost enjoys terrifying people who are bold enough to disturb the calm in Pine. In any event, it's a chilling phantom that you don't want to run into late at night.

The ghost of a young female soaked in blood has occasionally been perceived enjoying the scenery at Baehr Dam on a dark night. No matter what people state, it sure is a bloodcurdling ghost that any sensible person
 
    wouldn't want to run into.

The phantom of an elderly hag is every so often made out in a Pine flat. One thing is for certain, this ghost certainly is scary; one that you shouldn't go seeking.

A female's body with a skunk's head has been said to have been witnessed on frequent instances at Elk Falls on a dark night contemplating.

A
  gentleman having the head of a goblin may every now and then be perceived by Chimney Rock redistributing orbs around. Anyway, it's a menacing ghost that should be shunned.

A lady afire, hauling a kerosene container was observed looking chilling in Arbuckle Gulch late at night. This is one of those spirits that is spotted very frequently around here. Locals here say that this spirit can be the spirit of a local who passed away here in Pine in the past.

The ghost of a grower wearing a worn hat came into view in James Q Newton Park at the stroke of midnight turning toward the observer. The spirit did not care that there was someone other present. A local person argues that this ghost may perhaps be a celebrated past inhabitant of Pine. In any event, it is in all certainty a menacing spirit that is preferably not disrupted.
