The spirit of a witch by the hanging tree appears with red eyes to those that do evil in the town. The hanging tree is behind the old church near the canal and overlooks Babcock Park. It's across the street from the high school there. She was an innocent hung as a witch and now seeks vengeance against those that do harm to the innocent.
