Custom Search Walsenburg, Colorado Ghost Sightings Walsenburg PAGE 1   2   3   4   5   6   7   8     I am going to get some information about a ghost/apparition sighting my grandfather charles King and my three cousins saw (outdoors)approximately sixty years ago. This occurred North of Walsenburg across the Street from the high school. It was a dirt Street (probably paved now) that went up along the North side of the hill. On a Friday evening my grandfather went across town to get my three cousins to stay with grandpa and     grandma for the weekend. While traveling back the car turned off the Street onto the dirt road going up along the North side of the hill. They stopped at a stop sign and before continuing they saw a beautiful White glowing lady carrying a child in her arms gliding about 2-3 feet above the road surface approaching their car from the left side road. As the ghost/apparition approached the intersection (approximately 20 feet from the car) it turned right and glided ahead of the car on the same street!
