Yampa, Colorado Ghost Tales | |
|
A local Inn, in spite of its newness, has more than one ghost. Sometimes late at night by the back staircase a cowboy figue (by his dress) is seen leaning against the wall one foot proped up against the wall. He contemplates a rolled cigarette he has made in one hand. He has been recognized by someone who says its his ''uncle Carl'' who died in 1920 a hospital which used to occupy the land the Inn has been built on. Submitted by anonymous
Two young children are heard running though the hall of the third story of the Oak Tree Inn on Moffat Ave. early in the morning hours laughing and playing.
