Clifton, Idaho Ghost Tales I was riding my horse up around Twin Lakes when I looked over my right shoulder and saw a man and a small male child on the ridge above me. I looked at them and I could see through them. thats when I realized they were not human. They looked at me and started walking down toward me then they were gone. The phantoms of this settlement don’t leave anyone unterrified. A number of folks who live here assert there are no phantoms, but if you are fearless enough to stay for the night in Clifton, you may perhaps observe a phantom for yourself. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. A person with a skeleton face wearing dark robes is now and then seen smoking a cigar by Oxford Slough. A drifting ghost has been said to have been made out on one or two instances in a metal boat on Twin Lakes Reservoir       conversing into the night. One thing is for guaranteed, this is a horrible ghost that you shouldn't go looking for.
