Lemhi, Idaho Ghost Tales


During the daytime you could assume Lemhi, Idaho is precisely the same as any other town, but this town is controlled by the living dead after sunset. Dark hour is living dead time here. A number of local residents claim these stories are not true, but the things that go on here in Lemhi in the moonlight hours will frighten you.

The ghost of an old Indian chief has purportedly been perceived on several instances up on Ramsey Mountain going wild.

    now and then be perceived at Ellsworth-Lower Dam very late at night taking in the surroundings.

A pitch black crow that shifted shape into a female was made out down at Dragroad Spring at the stroke
  of midnight obliterating a book. The watcher got freaked out and escaped. People here who have noticed this phantom allege this phantom may be the spirit of a local resident who died here in Lemhi a long time ago.

The ghost of a homeless gentleman was noticed around midnight floating along Alder Creek. The ghost did not seem to be worried by the observers. People here assert that this ghost is probably the undeparted ghost of a resident who used to live here in Lemhi.

A frightening creature was made out in a convenience store in the Lemhi vicinity. When the phantom was perceived it disappeared
into the night. In any case, this spirit unquestionably is chilling; one that should be avoided.
