Both us and the tenants across     form us would hear footsteps coming up the stairs to the apartments, only to find no one there. We have seen a white misty form moving through the apartment late at night after we were in bed. On the first night there, My 4 year old daughter was taking a bath and started screaming hysterically about the ''man'' that was watching her. My neighbor reported lights turning on in the middle of the night.
