A woman's body having a bat's head came into view on   the top of Flatiron at night looking at the panorama. This is one of those ghosts that is spotted frequently close by. A semi decayed human cadaver was observed at Deep Creek Number One Dam late in the night looking at the surroundings. The phantom was indifferent that there was somebody else there. In any event, it indisputably is a chilling ghost that you would not want to meet very late at night.
