Shoshone, Idaho Ghost Tales I saw a ghost in my house when I was on my computer and it growled at me so I look away then I look back and it look at me then it went into the wall or my bedroom. The ghosts of this municipality don’t leave anyone unstartled. Not everyone trusts in the descriptions the residents tell, but Shoshone is bursting with undeceased souls just waiting to shock you. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. The ghost of a young Indian fighter is frequently observed down at Big Drops in the early morning hours before sunrise crying. The ghost of a brawny lumberjack carrying a large axe has purportedly been seen on one or two occasions screaming in Little Drops Recreation Area at the stroke of midnight. A frightening skeleton can often be observed trying to verbalize something up on the pinnacle of       Notch Butte. A shining human shape can be made out often sending a parcel at a Shoshone post office.
