Star, Idaho Ghost Tales    Oct. 16, 2008 - There is a house on Munger Drive in Star that is currently abandoned. A year or so ago, I had driven up to this house (below) to check it out for the first time. At that time, it was not yet over-grown with foliage, weeds and tree branches. As I always do, I entered, and briefly looked around before ascending the stairs. As I reached the top of the stairway, I noticed a closed door to what I presumed to be a bedroom directly to the right. For some unknown reason, I got an eerie feeling about the room and decided that I would not open the door. In fact, unlike me, I quickly turned around and descended the stairs and walked right back out the door I came in, forfeiting my chance to take some awesome photos! Out of all the houses I have entered to get some photos, I have never, ever felt so disturbed about a house as I did this particular one. And it wasn't just the house...it was the room at the top of the stairway that made me decide to get the heck out of there. Now...here is the kicker: the window in the following photos is the window to the room with the closed door.
