Fallon, Nevada Ghost Sightings

I live in an apartment complex for the elderly on Auction Rd. There's consistent knocking on my wall... There's nothing beyond that wall but a rooftop... Anyone know the history of this area?.

I work/live at a business on a street off Rice Rd. I came home one night really late around 2:30 or 3 am to see just the torso and legs of what appeared to be a cowboy wearing chaps walking right by our building. It was translucent and tall.

I was walking by the haunted barracks with my mom, dad, and brother. I didn't really think they were haunted until I saw lights flash on and off. The lights turned off, and when they turned back on I saw a terrible sight. I saw a ghost. He had very blood shot eyes ripped clothes. He looked at me and let out a deadly scream. The lights turned off again and I never saw him again.
