Logandale, Nevada Ghost Tales The area around the Moapa Valley, HS is rich with paranormal activity.  The entire area is said to be a Indian Burial sight, and there are protected areas that will eventually be excavated by archeologists.  There is also an early settler cemetery On Whittwer that contributes to the haunting at one of the large houses next to it.  When this house was up for sale I experienced a feeling of spiritual presence and pictures with orbs.  A friend bought the house and experiences her name being called when no one is there to be calling it. Scores of ghost reports have been exposed by the folks who live here. People who have never   stayed overnight in this city will laugh and say it's all just superstition, but anyone who has stayed overnight in Logandale, Nevada knows better. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. A guy having a machete in his head has been witnessed on several occasions at Bowman Dam at the stroke of midnight clutching a cranium. It has been said that this precise ghost is that of a local resident who lived here in Logandale before the present. One thing's for certain, it is certainly a chilling spirit that is preferably not disturbed. A guy's body having the head of a rat may regularly be spotted sobbing at the waterfront at Bowman Reservoir. In any event, this is a nasty ghost that you wouldn't want to encounter around midnight.
