The ghost of an elderly gentleman with a big white beard is every now and then distinguished mounding pebbles mid stream in Allegheny Creek. Residents claim that this spirit takes pleasure in startling foolish folks who have the guts to disrupt the silence in Mountain City.
The spirit of a guy wearing military attire is rumored to have been witnessed on one or two instances in Assessor Draw after midnight destroying a bag. Any which way, this is an unsympathetic ghost that is rather not interrupted.
