The ghost of an aged witch is rumored to have been seen on one or two instances looking down into the water at Elk Point late at night. A woman's body with a bat's head may now and then be distinguished trying to grasp something by Castle Rock. In any case, this is an unfriendly ghost that you do not want to meet late at night. A guy having the head of a devil was spotted reasoning in Bijou Community Park very late at night. The appearance of the bystander frightened the ghost who then faded away.
