Things go down in this place that can't be explained by science. People who have never stayed overnight in this city will let you know it's all just superstition, but the stressed spirits of Yerington are all too real. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. The spirit of a man with half his head not there can from time to time be perceived trying to exclaim something mid stream in West Walker River. People who have spotted this ghost declare this ghost is the ghost of a vacationer that was murdered while driving through Yerington before the present.       The ghost of a youthful woman sporting a bloody wedding dress has frequently been distinguished staring across Missouri Flat at the stroke of midnight. One thing is for sure, it unquestionably is a scary ghost that should be avoided. The ghost of a 10 feet high colossal person is repeatedly witnessed hiding a corpse by a sizeable boulder in   Yerington Indian Colony in the early morning hours. The ghost of a teenage girl may often be seen in a deserted zone near Yerington. A figure with a skeleton face sporting dark robes can be noticed very frequently in McConnell Canyon before dawn repositioning orbs around. A drifting ghost has from time to time been perceived on the peak of Black Mountain around midnight glancing at the panorama. The ghost of a jet pilot has allegedly been made out on frequent instances hitch-hiking in the middle of a dark road close to Yerington. A person who lives here declares that this spirit is that of a resident who had a house here in Yerington in the past.
