Bayard, New Mexico Ghost Tales


Not everything in Bayard, New Mexico is as it seems; this city is the property of the undeceased after the sun is down. The phantoms of this city don’t leave anyone unscared. Not everyone believes in the tales the people who live here tell, but there truly are frightening things happening here in Bayard during the night.

These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.

The ghost of a man clutching a sword may repeatedly be noticed in Bayard Historical Marker very late at night burying a body by a large boulder.

A lady with worms crawling
 
    out of her nostrils may be perceived time and again shouting names in Bayard Canyon at midnight. In any event, this is an intimidating ghost that you wouldn't want to meet very late at night.

The
  spirit of a lady with a stiletto in her heart has every so often been noticed drifting down on Ansones Creek in the early morning hours. Based on what the local residents claim, this ghost is most likely the tormented ghost of a local person who used to dwell here in Bayard.

A lady having the head of a goblin is now and then distinguished screaming at the onlooker to be off in the early morning hours by a vending machine in Bayard.

The ghost of a guy having half his head missing is rumored to have been spotted on a small number of instances heaving chunks of concrete up on Bull Hill.
