Bayard, New Mexico Ghost Tales


You may very well believe that Bayard, New Mexico is exactly equal to any other settlement in the US, but once the sun is down a person may very well witness some menacing things. Ghosts are so regular in this place; loads of folks who live here don’t even think about it anymore. A number of folks who live here assert there are no ghosts, but anybody who has spent the night in Bayard, New Mexico knows better.

The ghost of an aged cleaning lady may repeatedly be seen in Bayard Historical Marker late in the night pulling a dead body across the ground. Some of the locals assert this ghost takes pleasure in startling folks who come searching for ghosts in Bayard.

A pitch black bat that shape-shifted into a woman may be perceived repeatedly in Bayard Canyon at night holding a skull.

The phantom of a destitute man has every so often been observed on a dark night floating along Ansones Creek.

A menacing being is every now and then
 
    distinguished staggering from apartment to apartment late in the night on a Bayard residential street.

The ghost of a coal-miner has purportedly been seen on frequent occasions up on Bull Hill trying to say something. It has been asserted that this exact phantom could be the soul of a local person who died here in Bayard many years ago.
