The ghost of an old Indian chief was seen relaxing on a sofa in a flat in Capitan. This is one of those ghosts that is perceived frequently around here. One of the people who live here determinedly argues that this ghost can be the spirit of a local who passed on here in Capitan in the past.
The spirit of an old cleaning lady became visible flinging bricks into the water at Cherry Creek very late at night. The observer fled after he distinguished the phantom. One thing's for sure, it's a bloodcurdling ghost that you wouldn't want

A dark crow that shifted shape into a lady was witnessed laundering a bloody scarf in Bonnie Spring late in the night. When the onlooker emerged the ghost ran away. Several
of the folks here say this ghost may well be a celebrated days gone by inhabitant of Capitan.
