Conchas Dam, New Mexico Ghost Tales

   Here is a picture of what I think is a ghost in the dam. It is in the middle of the picture. It is easier to see if you zoom in and lighten the picture.

In the daylight hours you might imagine Conchas Dam, New Mexico is precisely the same as any other municipality, but the ghost reports exposed by the local residents are enough to make anyone reassess spending the night in this town. The ghosts of this settlement don’t leave anyone unstartled. Some residents argue there are no ghosts, but not all of the residents of Conchas Dam are alive.

These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.

The ghost of a guy dressed in an armed forces outfit is frequently distinguished up on Chical Mesa crying. One of the folks
 
    who live here confidently claims that this spirit is that of a resident who settled here in Conchas Dam before the present.

A female with a knife sticking out of her head is known to have been
  made out on one or two occasions in Alamosa Canyon very late at night staring.

A knight's armor with no human being inside may be seen frequently floating along on Alamosa Creek in the early morning hours. Some of the residents claim this ghost likes terrifying foolish folks who are bold enough to disrupt the silence in Conchas Dam.

The spirit of a woman with a plastic bag strapped around her head has occasionally been observed at the entrance to Conchas Lake State Park attempting to grab something.
