It's a sad Story and I truly feel bad for these lost souls. They can be seen at dusk and Early hours of the morning and like to play tricks. If you're lucky enough to see them it is usually at dusk and you'll see them playing in the water. They appear to be drawn to Camp sites with little kids mainly girls. They like to throw rocks knock on doors/windows and move     things and take small items. Next time you're down at the Lake set a tape recorder out and let it tape all night you'll be surprised by what you'll find. More than once I've taped the girls laughing and singing a song no words just ''la La LA. '' when we go camping and I hear them I just Tell them girls it's bed time, you need to leave now, in my mom voice and they leave us alone. Just be Nice and they will move along.
