Embudo, New Mexico Ghost Tales


A person could believe that there's nothing out of the ordinary regarding Embudo, New Mexico, but this city is run by stressed ghosts of yesteryear. Things go down around here that can't be rationalized. Not everybody has faith in the stories the residents tell, but the tormented spirits of Embudo are all too real.

These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.

A beheaded gentleman can be seen over and over again scrutinizing Canon del Rio Grande in detail late at night. One of the locals strongly declares that this phantom may be a celebrated past dweller of Embudo. Regardless of what, it certainly is a chilling phantom that you wouldn't wish to encounter around midnight.

A woman with her legs cut off has once in a while been observed having a seat on the floor in a house outside Embudo. Regardless of what people exclaim, this is an unpleasant ghost that any reasonable person wouldn't wish to encounter.

The phantom of a guy gripping a blood-covered axe is from time to
 
    time observed holding a human cranium in Embudo Stream-Gaging Station Historical Marker at midnight. A number of of the folks who live in this town say this phantom is the undeparted soul of a long forgotten Embudo person who lived here.

An armed forces uniform staggering about with no body in it is known to have been seen on many occasions
  crying in Canada Abeque. Anyhow, it in all certainty is a menacing ghost that should be shunned.

The ghost of an appallingly burned woman can every now and then be observed gazing at Sebastian Martin Black Mesa Site Five Dam after midnight.
