The whole grade I was in (I am not telling what grade!) had an experience with the La Llorna. One of our fellow hunters went into a bathroom and heard screaming. Everything went wierd that one day!. Submitted by Ft.Sumner ghost hunters
Most of the locals in Fort Sumner, New Mexico are happily uninformed of the horrible mysteries this city possesses; after the sun is down a person may well perceive some frightening things. Some of the dead don't want to stay underground in this city. Not everybody has faith in the stories the people who live here tell, but bloodcurdling things undeniably take place here in Fort Sumner in the dark hours.
These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.
The phantom of a gentleman having names carved into his leg can often be noticed pulling a body through some bushes in Early Spanish Route Historical Marker very late at night. It has been said that this particular ghost could be a renowned former time local of Fort Sumner.

of a train driver can be distinguished repeatedly gazing at folks in a Fort Sumner trailer through a keyhole.
The phantom of a seriously mangled huntsman pulling a dead wolf is from time to time noticed at Fort Sumner Diversion Dam before sunrise pointing at the viewer.
The ghost of a young-looking lady with a line around her neck has been said to have been observed on a small number of instances in the middle of Arroyo de Anil staring wrathfully at the eye witness.
