The ghost of a youthful lady dressed as a house keeper is often spotted contemplating in The Meadows at midnight. The spirit of a dispossessed guy has purportedly been perceived on one or two occasions   performing a song on a harpsichord in a Fruitland flat. The ghost of a youthful cowboy can frequently be witnessed in a mirror in a Fruitland apartment; the ghost was exclusively noticeable in the mirror.
