We ended up at mesilla dam. An Deputy pulled up behind us and asked me if I realized the dam was closed to the public. I told him I didn't since I hadn't been there in ages. He told me the if he left and came back in 20 minutes that he wouldn't find us there. I told he was correct. He left and we turned on the video camera. As     we crossed the bridge it looked dusty through the lens but Halfway across there were Many orbs. We stopped and backed up. The orbs went away. As we moved forward the orbs appeared at the Half Way Point on the bridge. We also heard footsteps and we kept walking across that Halfway point. It was pretty creepy.
