The bright hours in Lordsburg, New Mexico are like bright hours anywhere else, but this town has frightening riddles veiled in the dark. Ghosts are so regular in this place; scores of people who live here don’t even fret about it any longer. Not everybody has faith in the tales the people who live here tell, but the things that take place here in Lordsburg in the night time will frighten you.

The ghost of an elderly man with a large gray mustache materialized covering a body by a big boulder in Lordsburg Historical Marker at night. The watcher ran off when she saw the phantom. Scores of locals allege this ghost can be the spirit of a resident who died here in Lordsburg before the present.

A lady with a machete sticking out of her head was spotted creeping up from a storm drain on a Lordsburg lane in the early morning hours before sunrise. The ghost was indifferent that there was somebody else there. Local people allege that this ghost
 
    might be a distinguished old days resident of Lordsburg.

The armor of a medieval knight devoid of a human being inside appeared snooping in mailboxes before dawn in Lordsburg. When the bystander became visible the ghost ran off.

A semi see-through guy clad as the skipper of a oil tanker was perceived late at night scrutinizing Aberdeen
  Draw in detail. The ghost mentioned avenging a killing.

A big terrifying spirit was perceived pointing at the watcher up on the pinnacle of Aberdeen Peak. The viewer became frightened and fled. A local woman claims that this phantom is perhaps the undeceased phantom of a resident who used to have a house here in Lordsburg.

The phantom of a chained up guy has often been made out dragging a body from the freezing water of Burro Cienaga late in the night. Whichever way, it's a frightening spirit that you do not want to meet at the stroke of midnight.

The ghost of a bum has purportedly been spotted on frequent occasions in a Lordsburg secondary school before sunrise striding the corridors. One of the folks who live here determinedly claims that this ghost is the undeceased soul of a long dead Lordsburg local.
