The ghost of a 10 foot high huge giant has allegedly been noticed on a handful of occasions down next to Alamo Spring around midnight appearing bloodcurdling. The ghost of a young girl may every now and then be witnessed at Alamo Creek around midnight hurling bricks into the flowing water. One of the locals confidently claims that this ghost is the undeparted spirit of a long departed Magdalena person who lived here. The phantom of a lady having half her head not there was spotted in Alamo Band Navajo Indian Reservation at the stroke of midnight hauling a corpse       through some bushes. When the eye witness came into view the ghost escaped. A number of of the people who live in this town assert this spirit is that of a local person who settled here in Magdalena long ago. A character with a skeleton face in shady robes became visible up on Cottonwood Draw Mesa chucking rocks. The ghost talked about revenging   an assassination. One thing is for certain, this ghost sure is creepy; one that is preferably not upset. A lady having an axe in her head was noticed scraping out a gap in Cottonwood Draw at night. The witness got scared and ran away. Anyway, it's a frightening ghost that you would not want to run into after midnight.
