The ghost of a waitress was witnessed wandering through a Monument neighborhood cemetery. The arrival of the bystander scared the ghost who then disappeared. Folks here who have   distinguished this spirit allege this spirit is almost certainly the undeceased spirit of a local person who used to have a home here in Monument. One thing is for sure, this is an unsympathetic ghost that is preferably not disturbed. The ghost of an elderly Indian chief was seen throwing stones by the side of a secluded road in the neighborhood of Monument in the early morning hours. The bystander became frightened and escaped.
