Custom Search Pecos, New Mexico Ghost Sightings   I live in east Pecos in an adobe built in 1927. I am a writer and do most of my work at the kitchen table so I am close to a snack or coffee. Every time I sit down at the lap top at night I always catch movement out of the corner of my eye from the living room. My wife saw someone moving around in the front bedroom and thought it was me but I was in the living room at the time reading. She said ''stop walking back and     forth and said it in a way that convinced me that she actually saw someone or something. The door to the living room is closed as I write this. We live about 3 Miles from the Pecos national monument. Whatever presence that is here is unobtrusive and seems harmless.
