These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. The ghost of a mailman appeared strolling through a home in Pena Blanca. The ghost nodded to the eye witness. Folks who have seen this ghost claim this ghost may be a renowned past resident of Pena Blanca. A female person came into sight in Cochiti Indian Reservation on a dark night staring angrily at the observer. When the ghost was noticed it faded away into the night. The phantom of a man clutching a sword was noticed enjoying the landscape at Cochiti Dam in the early morning hours before sunrise. The ghost was gobbled up by the air after being made out. A woman with maggots crawling out of her       nostrils was witnessed dragging a body from the freezing water of Rio Chiquito at midnight. Panicked by the bystanders the ghost departed into the darkness. Locals here allege that this ghost is almost certainly the undeceased ghost of a local who used to reside here in Pena Blanca. One thing is for sure, it's a frightening ghost that you don't want to meet late in the night.
