Ramah, New Mexico Ghost Tales


Ramah, New Mexico seems like any other spot in this country, but this is a city where the living dead stagger the roads during the night time. Moonlight hour is living dead time around here. Several local residents claim these descriptions are lies, but the living dead could show themselves to you if you stay overnight in Ramah.

These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.

The ghost of a woman having half her head absent can often be spotted at a coin operated phone in Ramah using the telephone.

A figure with a skeleton face wearing shady robes can be witnessed time and again pacing through a Ramah area graveyard. In any event, this ghost certainly is scary; one that any sensible person wouldn't wish to come across.

A lady with a knife in her head has every so often been observed studying the vista from the top of Antenna Hill very late at night.

The ghost of a young-looking Indian warrior is occasionally witnessed at Pescado Reservoir Dam at the stroke of midnight
 
    having a tomato.

The ghost of an aircraft pilot has supposedly been observed on a handful of occasions before sunrise exploring Burnt Mill Canyon in detail. If you talk to the local residents, this spirit is the spirit of a traveler that was murdered while journeying through Ramah a long time ago.
